TERMS OF SALE Shipping and delivery policy

1. General

This Delivery and Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for shipping and delivery. By using our site and purchasing products, you agree to this policy. Please review it regularly. If you disagree, do not use our site or make a purchase.

2. Shipping and delivery terms

Logistic Partners: We collaborate with third-party logistic service providers (“Logistic Partners”) to manage shipping and delivery. Once your order is processed, we will provide the details of the logistic partner handling your shipment. Delivery timelines are based on your location and estimated according to your delivery pin code, which you can check on the ‘Product Detail Page’. We will notify you of the estimated delivery time when your order is confirmed and provide updates via the email and/or mobile number you provided. Please note that we may also choose to handle shipping and delivery directly without involving logistic partners.

Serviceability: We strive to deliver our products across India; however, we may designate certain areas as unserviceable at our discretion. If your delivery location falls within an unserviceable area, your order may not be processed. We will inform you if your area is unserviceable at the time of order placement on Micron Technology, Inc. You can check serviceability by entering your pin code on our website. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel your order if a product is shipped and the delivery pin code later becomes unserviceable.

Information Accuracy: To facilitate timely delivery of your purchased products, we may collect and use information such as your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, and contact details. You must ensure that all information provided on Micron Technology, Inc. is accurate, complete, and sufficient for identifying the delivery location. If delivery issues arise due to inaccurate or incomplete information you provided, you will be fully responsible for any resulting problems. We disclaim any liability for delivery failures caused by incorrect or insufficient information provided by you.

Delivery Attempts and Cancellation: We will make every effort to deliver your purchased product within the estimated delivery timeline provided. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, our logistic partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the second attempt is unsuccessful and you remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order at our discretion and return the product to us. In such cases, we may also deduct the shipping and delivery charges from any refund issued.

Delivery Delays and Liabilities: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your purchased products, you acknowledge that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to logistical issues, adverse weather conditions, political disruptions, strikes, employee lockouts, acts of God (such as floods or earthquakes), or other unforeseen events. In the event of such delays, we will attempt to notify you using the email ID and/or mobile number you have registered with us. However, we are not liable for any failure to inform you of these delays and will not be responsible for any claims or compensation related to delays in shipment, delivery, or the use of the purchased products.

Liability for Delivery Personnel: We strive to work with logistic partners, employees, and agents who uphold high standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism. However, you acknowledge that we cannot control or monitor the actions of delivery personnel, as we are only facilitating the delivery of your purchased products. Consequently, we are not liable for any acts or omissions by our delivery agents, employees, or the Logistic Partners’ staff, including issues such as service deficiencies, incorrect deliveries, delays, or tampered packages. Any unprofessional behavior, impoliteness, or disputes with delivery personnel must be resolved directly by you. We will not mediate or resolve any disputes between you and the delivery personnel, and you agree not to hold us responsible for such matters.

Order Processing and Tracking: After you place an order on Micron Technology, Inc., we will process it and hand over the purchased product to our logistic partner. You will receive a unique tracking number once the product is with the logistic partner, which allows you to track the delivery status via Micron Technology, Inc. or the logistic partner’s website and/or mobile application. Our customer service team works with logistic partners to expedite delivery and ensure real-time tracking updates. However, since we rely on third-party service providers for delivery, we do not guarantee the accuracy of tracking information, which may be subject to inconsistencies due to delays in updates or technical issues beyond our control.

Product Delivery and Inspection:Upon delivery, you will be required to provide a One-Time Password (OTP) to our logistic partner to receive the product. It is crucial that you inspect the package immediately upon receipt to ensure that all parts listed on the shipping box are included and that the package is complete. Do not accept any package that appears visibly damaged, torn, or tampered with, including any tampering of the seal. Our packages feature "Tamper Evident Void Seals" designed to indicate if the package has been compromised. Accepting a package with a tampered seal or visible damage will negate your ability to make return claims for missing items, damaged or defective products, incorrect items, or missing accessories.

Shipping Fees and Risk: We reserve the right to impose shipping fees for our products, which may vary depending on factors such as the product’s value, type, delivery location, and payment method. You agree that we are authorized to collect these fees on behalf of the logistic partner. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns, except in cases where a product is defective, damaged, deficient, or incorrect, and refunds for such fees will be granted solely at our discretion after verification. Please note that the title and risk for all products pass to you upon delivery, meaning you assume responsibility for the product once it is delivered.

Your offer is accepted only when we receive confirmation from your payment method and either dispatch the product to you or provide access to a digital service, such as a download link.   • Post-Delivery Issues: For issues that arise after delivery, please contact Kaizen customer care directly, as covered under the product’s manufacturer warranty.
  • Tampered Seals: Do not accept packages with tampered "Tamper Evident Void Seals" or damaged packaging. Acceptance of such packages will void your right to claim returns for physical damage, incorrect items, or missing accessories.
